🍜 Umami Glass Noodle Stir Fry

A satisfying and savory stir-fry featuring springy glass noodles, tender beef, and a colorful mix of cabbage, bell peppers, and onions — all coated in our house-made umami sauce made with soy sauce, mirin, sake, and garlic.

Infused with the richness of shiro dashi (a Japanese soup base made from bonito and tuna), then tossed with shiitake mushrooms, green onions, and a touch of white sesame for a deep, balanced flavor in every bite.

Billing & Preorder Window

Party trays require a minimum 4-day preorder. When you place your order, we place a 3-day authorization hold on your credit card — no charge is made at checkout.
After the 3-day hold period ends, your card is automatically charged, regardless of how far in advance your pickup date is scheduled.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• * Cancellations within the 3-day authorization hold window: You may cancel at any time during this window. Since no charge has been made, no refund is necessary — the authorization hold will simply be released by your bank.
• * Cancellations after the card has been charged: Refunds are issued minus approximately 2.5% to cover credit card processing fees.
• * No cancellations or refunds are permitted one (1) day prior to the scheduled pickup date, regardless of when the order was placed.
• * Order detail modifications (including pickup date changes) are NOT available once an order has been placed.
• * Refund timing: Credit card refunds take approximately 10 business days to appear on your statement.
• * In case of no-show, there will be NO refund and the item will be disposed of at the end of the day.
• * Refunds and/or replacement food are only available upon request for orders in which the food is wrong, omitted, or in other similar circumstances. Refunds are NOT provided for food that a customer simply does not like.
