- We recommend early reservations since quantities are limited due to direct imports from Japan.

- Pick up is available on Tuesday, 12/31, and Wednesday, 1/1 between 12 pm and 6 pm.

  • * We accept cancellation and a full refund for 6 days starting from your order date. e.g.) If you placed an order on Wednesday 11/1, the last cancellable date is Monday 11/6.
  • * After the 6 day time window, we do offer a refund excluding approximately 2.5% of the credit card process fee.
  • * On and after 12/29, we do NOT accept any cancellation or refund even though it is within the 6 days period.
  • * Order detail modification (such as changing the pickup date etc.) is currently NOT available.
  • * In case of no show, there will be NO refund and the item will be disposed at the end of the day.
  • * Refunds and/or replacement food are only available upon request for orders in which the food is wrong, omitted, or in other similar circumstances. Refunds are NOT provided for the food that a customer simply does not like.
