About pickup time and more 

Pick up is available from 11am to 6pm. 

The earliest available order is 5 days before the pickup date. For example, if your pickup date is January 6th, you need to order by 11:59pm on January 1st. Please do note that we may contact you regarding the pickup time during the busy season such as the end of the year. 

You may purchase this item up to 30 days before pickup date.

We do not accommodate item modification requests such as substitutions, tray changes, food allergies, etc.

Billing & Preorder Window

Party trays require a minimum 4-day preorder. When you place your order, we place a 3-day authorization hold on your credit card — no charge is made at checkout.
After the 3-day hold period ends, your card is automatically charged, regardless of how far in advance your pickup date is scheduled.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• * Cancellations within the 3-day authorization hold window: You may cancel at any time during this window. Since no charge has been made, no refund is necessary — the authorization hold will simply be released by your bank.
• * Cancellations after the card has been charged: Refunds are issued minus approximately 2.5% to cover credit card processing fees.
• * No cancellations or refunds are permitted one (1) day prior to the scheduled pickup date, regardless of when the order was placed.
• * Order detail modifications (including pickup date changes) are NOT available once an order has been placed.
• * Refund timing: Credit card refunds take approximately 10 business days to appear on your statement.
• * In case of no-show, there will be NO refund and the item will be disposed of at the end of the day.
• * Refunds and/or replacement food are only available upon request for orders in which the food is wrong, omitted, or in other similar circumstances. Refunds are NOT provided for food that a customer simply does not like.
